just after Christmas, stores a vibrant pink and hearts hanging ceilings of the tower. Valentine's day is in our faces at every turn, and if we are honest, it can be somewhat a disappointment if we don't have someone to spend the holidays with.

instead of pointing out to find a date or stay plans, with TV and a pint of ice cream celebrating the people who are important in your life with a Valentine brunch!

you want to celebrate the day of St. Valentine, with all your loved ones or maybe you are a fan of Leslie Knope Galentine's day and I just want to be girls, these brunch ideas will have you feeling festive in no time!

to me, Valentine's day instantly evokes pink hearts with red trim and lots of glitter, which is a bit more dynamic than my style.

for my Valentine brunch, I started my decorating with ecru lace tablecloth. Lace is delicate, romantic and adds a feminine touch to the tablescape, without being too cutesy. Then I layers dishes, serving trays, and flowers.

flowers are a staple every day in my house, and for a table of Valentine's day, they are a must. They add color and life to the decoration, and they feel a lot. Roses are a traditional choice for the holidays, but don't feel any obligation to them. I have chosen a mix of flowers but stuck with typical Valentine's day colors like white, pink and purple.

I love the mixture of substances and wood; He feels sophisticated and casual at the same time. One way to do this is with serving trays. Set up the food and metal buckets or Tin to place silverware in.

, a lot of people shy away from the paper trays wooden plates, but I must say, they are a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning. Find cute paper plates for a little money in the store and you save time and stress. I found these gold and white for only a few dollars each to the target.

to add a little more Valentine feel, I used flat roses to put a little of the filling of brunch in. They added more color and atmosphere at the table.

the Food

every time I do brunch, I have something sweet, something savory and something of a dish of fruit. For brunch, I went with waffles, cakes of spinach and egg and yogurt with fruit.

waffles are great because they are easy to make and very customizable. You can throw anything in a waffle and it's delicious. I made half a batch of regular waffles and half a batch of chocolate (chocolate chip which went very quickly). To make it a little more fun, set some waffle toppings. I like nuts and berries on my waffles and chocolate chip waffles, I like to throw them with peanut butter chips. Peanut butter and chocolate are a classic combination, then why not include on a Waffle?

need a time saving tip? Instead of making waffle mix from scratch, use a box mix, but replace the water for milk and add half a teaspoon of nutmeg and a teaspoon of cinnamon. It gives waffles a bit more flavor and wealth than typical box mixtures.

yogurt and berries is a brunch staple, and the red color of the berries that makes them a perfect match for Valentine. If you want your Berry to be a little softer, or to make a syrup of berries for your waffles, pour the berries (about half a cup) sugar and let them sit overnight. When you wake up in the morning, they'll be sweet and juicy!

first , thaw the puff pastry and lay two sheets of dough on a clean, flat surface. Cut each sheet into four into eight squares of puff pastry and place them on a greased baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then, heat the milk, butter and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat and add the flour to thicken. Stir in spinach and leave for five minutes to cool.

place a spoonful of the mixture of spinach in the center of each square of pastry and create a divot in the spinach. This will help the eggs remain in place. Then crack an egg over each clods. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese squares and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the corners of the dough toward the center of the square. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
